SIX STIGMA, a high-energy modern rock band from Wichita, Kansas, rose from the ashes of the band “Waste of Time” in 2003. SIX STIGMA premiered at AIR CAPITAL TALENT’s 2004 “Battle of the Bands”, which the band was the overall winner, beating bands with more on-stage experience. Since its founding, SIX STIGMA has become one of the most dynamic, innovative and talented group of musicians in the area. SIX STIGMA’s accomplishments include: • Extensive play on local radio, including having 5 songs in regular rotation on alternative/rock station KANR 92.7 and one single (Drown Me) played during KICT-95’s “Phil & Hank Morning Show”. As well as radio stations in Omaha, NE, Lawrence, KS and I'm sure others we don't know about. Have also been featured on The Podcast Network's "Edinburg Fringe" in the U.K. • Frequent live performances at major venues throughout Wichita and the Midwest region. Sharing the stage with act such as 10 Years, Silvertide and Hypnogaja as well as countless local and regional acts. • SIX STIGMA’s single, “My Demise”, is featured on RAGEMORE RECORDS “Machines in the Sky” compilation. More than 100 bands submitted material for the compilation; SIX STIGMA is the only Wichita band on the album. Even though the lineup is relatively new, the group has over 200 shows experience combined. With the current lineup set in stone, Six Stigma is looking to open eyes and amaze ears across the country! Within
$6.19 This is a multi-channel Super Audio CD playable only in Super Audio CD players.
Recorded live at Folsom Prison, Folsom, California on January 13, 1968. Includes liner notes by Johnny Cash and Steve Earle.
Want to hear part of the reason why Johnny Cash is an icon, a singer respected and influential in country, folk, and rock & roll? THIS is it! In 1968--one of the most tumultuous years in American history since the Depression years--Cash recorded an album live in front of a (literally) captive (but wildly appreciative) audience, in Folsom Prison. With two guitars, bass, drums, and a small vocal group ...
| | Nitty Gritty Dirt Band Speed Of Life CD (2009)
Within
$15.05 Speed of Life is the first studio album by the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band in five years and celebrates the group's 43rd anniversary with three of its original members still intact (and no, the number 43 was not a typo). It also finds them reduced once more to a quartet with the departure of multi-instrumentalist Jimmy Ibbotson. That said, the band has lost none of its immediacy, power, or expert presentation of both original material and songs from some of Nashville's finest. Released by Sugar Hill Records (who distributes their NGDB Records imprint), the group recorded the set live in the studio. Produced by veterans George Massenburg and Jon Randall Stewart, this set sounds inspired, fresh, and like the NGDB has been utterly rejuvenated. It combines the old-/good-timey feel of their concert performances -- without adding American folk or ...

Within
$7.39 Recorded live in Luckenbach, Texas, VIVA TERLINGUA is Jerry Jeff Walker's best known album and one of the crucial artifacts of the early outlaw country movement of the 1970s. As far live albums go, however, it's a pretty laid back affair (you can only really hear the audience on Ray Wiley Hubbard's anthemic "Up Against the Wall Red Neck Mother" and Lost Gonzo band ...
