Gojira & Godzilla King Of Monsters Video Gojira & Godzilla King Of Monsters Movie Review Average Rating: (5 out of 5 stars) A worthwile addition to any and all video libraries. Gojira, the movie, is more rounded and fully fleshed than the version done for the U.S. release. But then because of the differences in culture and taste,it is both normal and acceptable. Gojira, in both of its versions already stand as a classic, hence nothing need more to be said aboutit other than the fact that this transfer is excellent both visually and given the audio technology available at that time, sonically as well. And so the saga begins If you are a fan of the Godzilla saga this movie is a must. You should know the start of Godzilla and the end. Being black and white only adds to the story. While the special affects are obvious you must remember this is the start of the legend. Submitted by erutharu (La Mesa, CA, USA) Was This Review Helpful? Always enjoy this film When I ordered, I was told there was no availabilty of the Raymond Burr version, so I took the original Japanese version. Received the Burr somewhow. Who cares, it's still fun to watch. Submitted by jgoozh (Schaumburg, Illinois) Was This Review Helpful? Yes No This review is for a different format.

Gojira & Godzilla King Of Monsters movie DVD
$26.35 Television executives plugged into viewers' deepest fears with the debut of TALES FROM THE CRYPT in 1989. Its original source material was the EC comic-book; the series originated on HBO and would go on to run for seven seasons. Hosted by the skeletal Crypt Keeper himself, each episode of the show offered a new, ghoulish tale to inspire nightmares in its audience. The show was such a success that a myriad of CRYPT-inspired spin-offs resulted, including an animated series, several feature films, and seemingly infinite merchandising opportunities. A popular favorite among horror film fans, TALES FROM THE CRYPT also appeals to anyone who loves the strange and visceral thrill of being scared. The show's entire third season is included here.

$9.69 THE HULK, adapted by Ang Lee (CROUCHING TIGER/HIDDEN DRAGON, THE ICE STORM) from the Marvel comic book series, stars Eric Bana as Bruce Banner, the tormented scientist whose temper periodically transforms him into a raging green monster. Fellow scientist and Hulk-love-interest Betty Ross (Jennifer Connelly), shares a strange connection with Banner--both have abstract childhood nightmares that hint at a shared dark past. The missing pieces of the puzzle are revealed when Banner's unstable, mad-scientist father David (Nick Nolte) appears out of the blue, followed by Betty's father Ross (Sam Elliot), a military cowboy. Banner is ultimately trying to understand what it is that makes his strange and unpredictable metamorphosis occur, while his outbursts distract him, leading him out into the streets of San Francisco, to the Golden Gate Bridge, and on a tour of the American west's national parks where he unleashes his anger in violent tantrums. Posing a threat to the country that is treated like a natural disaster, the hulk attracts the attention of the military. They respond by chasing the hulk with helicopters, machine guys, and even ...

Gojira & Godzilla King Of Monsters DVD
$7.39 Despite his origins as a low-budget filmmaker with a taste for the unsavory side of life, Peter Jackson has turned into an "event" filmmaker--someone who can conjure up a movie on a scale unlike anything we've seen before. KING KONG is his sprawling, epic remake of Merian C. Cooper and Ernest B. Schoedsack's 1933 movie of the same name, and it is as big as the gorilla that runs riot through Jackson's rendering of Depression-era New York. Keeping the simple yet effective plot intact--a film crew travels to the mysterious Skull Island, picks up Kong, and brings him back to New York City--Jackson expands on this basic premise by drawing on the jaw-dropping talents of his special effects team to satisfy his thirst for the grand spectacle.
The movie posits Naomi Watts as Ann Darrow, the starry-eyed blonde beauty whom Kong falls for; Jack ...
