3 stars weird but has very funny parts
shock treatment has little to do with its predecessor rocky horror picture show(other than lead character names)it has some halirious parts,and definitely has to be viewed more than once.. after getting into the "feel'of the show you would probably agree its definitely like nothing else youve ever seen!

4 stars You Need a Little...
Shock Treatment lacks in the department of "sequel". There's no references to Rocky Horror, and Brad, Janet, Ralph and Betty are the only returning characters. But as a movie...it's fantabulous. If you are a die-hard of Rocky, then see Shock Treatment. The acting, musical numbers, sets and costumes are fabulous (Sue Blane did them of course!). Jessica Harper sings like an angel and Cliff De Young does well mastering the character of Brad. So, get a little Shock Treatment, and put on your little black dress.
