Aurora Crescent CD music
$15.19 Dale Jarrett is a professional musician trained at The Manhattan School of Music in New York City. He is a singer and pianist and provides a variety of musical entertainment, as well as sing-a-long and ballroom dance music. Dale’s rich high baritone voice and style could best be described as that of a big band singer with the bravura of a Broadway show singer. His music is upbeat, participatory, inspirational and uplifting fun.Currently, Dale is the full-time Pastor of Believers Covenant Fellowship, an open and affirming, non-denominational charismatic congregation in the Tyson’s Corner, Virginia area. Besides his ministry work, Dale has dedicated his time and career to ministering in the senior citizen community throughout the greater Washington, DC, metro area. He currently rotates over 75 different retirement homes, senior centers, church and civic groups on a monthly basis in his performance schedule. Dale also has a dance band called The Dale Jarrett Trio and performs for cultural events, country clubs, and senior dances throughout the Metro Washington, DC area on a regular basis. Aurora Crescent songs
$9.89 The re-launched Stax label is an appropriate home for neo-soulster Angie Stone. Her 2007 album THE ART OF LOVE & WAR, released on Stax, nods to classic styles, blending funk, soul, balladry, and R&B in one tasty package. The appearance of soul great Betty Wright on the album highlight, "Baby," only strengthen the retro vibe.
Yet THE ART OF LOVE & WAR is contemporary through and through. Shimmering with a modern, ...

| | Dave Group Hahn Fred & Dave CD (2007)
Aurora Crescent CD music
$11.49 Fred Helbling - Dave Hahn; As well as Dave remembers...May 5, 2005. Dave Got a call a not-so-young tree-hugging new age hippie-type couple (sweet folks) to play a wedding at a ranch way back in the Wasatch mountains. They hinted they would like to have Dave bring a band but were unsure if the extra members would make the deal worth the extra dough. Dave being the type to throw out every live recording of himself he's ever had, had no real way of showing what the Duo, Trio and Quartet would sound like, since the majority of his studio recordings were hired guns (really, mostly Ken Kruckenberg) So... He calls up Fred, (who has played in most every band situation with Dave for the last 25 years as Bass player, Backup Vocalist and Harmonica player) and says,"let's do a live recording". So they toddled over to a neighborhood church (Cornerstone) and setup a simple mixer and hard disc recorder in the empty auditorium. After two hours and 22 songs later they had a simple stereo demo that was good enough to pitch the duo to the mountain folks. After a few episodes of handing out the demo and having folks think it was the best thing they owned...(we even sold 75 copies to one party host who insisted all her guests have a copy) we figured it was time to use some of these tracks to also highlight the trio (adding Brian Jahne on Drums) and the four piece (adding Eric Burt on Mandolin and fiddle) also the occasional keybordist (Ken Kruckenberg, of course) to these tracks. The selection was based on the original clients who were into 60s & 70s folk and roots music. even though the band plays anything from Motown to Country. Coversong albums are expensive to do (royalties and stuff) so it didn't make a lot of sense to record other cover songs. Not to mention trying to figure which out of the 300 covers we do to use. So we settled for 9 of the ones we had already down from the 'Cinco De Mayo - 05' recordings. Since these highlight the duo of Fred and Dave, we added some of the previously released cuts written by Dave Hahn in which Fred actually performed on in the studio. Connections, Angel Eyes and Falling for you. Ken Kruckenberg, once ...
