This was my first cd I bought of Aly & Aj and I love it so much. I still do. I also love the "Insomniatic" cd but I still say this is #1. Many good songs to listen too than the other one but all good. :D they rock out-loud! :D Very inspiring too.

Great New Comers
Aly & AJ have been recording and doing music since 2004. They debut re-make "Do You Beleive in Magic" was great! They write nearly all their own music. They have 17 songs on this CD, they've written and co-wrote every song but 3 which is pretty good for two girls who are still teens. I really think Chemicals React, Something More, Rush, and Sticks and Stones are great. On their CD they have a lot of subjects such as, love, friendship, kidnapping, bullies, and just fun songs that are up beat and some slower. It's a great CD and I would recommend getting it!

This is the best girl rock album out on the market today. Two very talented musicians who write their own songs and actually plan an instrument is rare in music today. Chemicals React is a definite radio hit single. I hope that Aly and Aj are picked up in the mainstream. They are very talented and deserve Hilary Duff level fame. My favorite songs on the album are Chemicals React,Rush, Out of the Blue, No One, Collapsed, and In a Second. If you like upbeat rockin music, definetly check this album out!!!

YEAR OF THE CAT is the 1976 pop breakthrough album of British folk-rock singer-songwriter Al Stewart, produced by prog-rock icon Alan Parsons and featuring the hit "On the Border" and the smash title track.
Al Stewart had found his voice on Past, Present & Future and found his sound on Modern Times. He then perfected it all on 1976's Year of the Cat, arguably his masterpiece. There is no overarching theme here, as there was on its two immediate predecessors, but the impossible lushness of Alan Parsons' production and Stewart's evocative Continental narratives give the record a welcome feeling of cohesion that keeps the record enchanting as it moves from "Lord Grenville" to "Midas Shadow" to "Broadway Hotel," before it ends with the haunting title track.
