| | Eric Michael Hopper Cross Over CD Eric Michael Hopper Discography of CDs
Eric Michael Hopper began his musical journey at the age of six when he discovered the keys of a piano. From there, he never looked back. Growing up in Western Pennsylvania, Eric's experiences would inevitably find themselves embedded in song. Over the years, he became the frontman and writer for several bands, where he began playing guitar. This would add a dynamic and certain versatility to his songwriting approach. His songs would find their way to over 30 major market radio stations and his latest band to be touted as one of VH1's and Musician Magazine's Top 10 Unsigned bands in America. His songs have been selected by ESPN to be the backdrop for nationally televised major events such as the X-Games. In 2001, Eric began working as a solo artist, in which he has carefully crafted an entirely new arsenal of inspiring and moving songs out of his home studio in Buford, Georgia. He is currently releasing his solo album entitled "Cross Over".Eric Michael Hopper currently holds the #1 spot on the myspace music country chart out of over 22,000 artists and has consistently maintained this position for over 8 months. He has also at one point reached the #4 position on the pop chart out of over 80,000 artists, and #10 of all artists and genres of over 1.3 million artists worldwide, again showing his diversity in appeal to mutiple genres of music. The inspiration for the record is mirrored in every track by his true-life struggle and journey. | | Brooks & Dunn #1's... And Then Some CDs (2009)
Cross Over
$12.39 Three weeks before the release of this double-disc best-of-and-then-some collection, Kix Brooks and Ronnie Dunn, who as Brooks & Dunn were one of the most successful duos in country music history, decided to call it a day after 19 years, 40 singles (half of which topped the country charts), ten studio albums, and a slew of awards. As far as the industry was concerned, they went out on top. #1s... AND THEN SOME contains 30 tracks spread over two discs and includes two new songs. | | Darius Rucker Learn To Live CD (2008)
Cross Over
$12.55 Although for the rest of his life, underinformed fans of 1990s pop will forever be calling Darius Rucker "Hootie," the former Hootie & the Blowfish singer-songwriter makes his solo debut with a perfectly credible take on mainstream contemporary Nashville country. The laid-back, largely acoustic folk-pop of Hootie & the Blowfish was never that far removed from contemporary country in the first place, so only the fact that Rucker is the first major African-American country star since the heyday of Charley Pride makes the stylistic crossover out of the ordinary. First single "Don't Think I Don't Think About It," a Top 5 hit on the Billboard country charts even prior to the album's release, makes clear how comfortable Rucker is with the blend of the Eagles and the Dixie Chicks that is contemporary country radio, and tracks like "History in the Making" and "Forever Road" are equally fine examples of the form.

| | Sandy Madaris Way Back Home CD (2002)
Cross Over
$9.59 Sandy Madaris and Luke Powers met in the summer of 2000 and began working together soon after. They went through Luke's songs, deciding which ones were best for her. Sandy also demonstrated her songwriting ability, helping Luke finish songs like "Only One Way." The next step was making a record. Through Brian Ahern, they hooked up with Nashville producer Tommy Spurlock. Having produced albums by David Olney and Chip Taylor--and having recorded with the likes of Rodney Crowell, Roseanne Cash and the Band--Tommy brought a distinctly "left-of-center" approach to the project. After recording basic tracks with drummer John Gardner (of ...
