Product Description
This is the Australian edition of AC/DC's first album, and is one of rock's great unsung masterpieces. "It's a Long Way to the Top (If You Wanna Rock N Roll)," "TNT," and "Live Wire" are among the gems in the offing. Originally unveiled in December 1975, T.N.T. was the second AC/DC album released in their native Australia, but is often overlooked outside the Land Down Under because its best tracks were later combined with those from the band's first domestic album, High Voltage, for reissue as their international debut from 1976 -- also entitled High Voltage. Confused? That's actually quite understandable, since the songs culled from T.N.T. also formed the backbone of that international release, including the entire, flawless first album side, made up of such all-time classics as "It's a Long Way to the Top," "Rock 'n' Roll Singer," "The Jack," and "Live Wire." T.N.T. 's B-side was nearly as formidable: boasting both of those Australian album title tracks -- the proto-punk crunch of "T.N. T." and the suitably electrifying "High Voltage" -- as well as a much-needed remake of the group's very first single, "Can I Sit Next to You Girl," recorded two years earlier with original singer Dave Evans. ...See Full Description

Awsome AC/DC at their best. Love the CD. I would recomend it to anyone. Keep rockin' boys. By Travler2G (Cleveland,OH,USA.)
What an Album Firstly this is not their Australian Debut Album. That honour goes to High Voltage, not to be mistaken for the US Release of an album named High Voltage. The US High Voltage album is just a watered down version of TNT. The Australian version of High Voltage had Baby Plaese Don't Go Little Lover and She's Got Balls to name just a few tracks but the album was just average. TNT however is the complete opposite. It's kick arse trip back to the golden era of the 1970's and the songs are all classics. By Ringdown (Sunbury Australia)
A Must for All AC/DC Fans This album really adds a new dimension to my American AC/DC CDs (I own them all). "TNT" puts the icing on the cake. By a reviewer (Alpena, MI) This review is for a different format.
