As a part of the Black Knights, the first west coast act signed to the RZA's label, Holocaust (the MC sometimes known as Warcloud) made a little name for himself among Wu-Tang fans after memorable appearances in the late 1990s on the compilation album THE SWARM VOLUME 1 and the RZA's first BOBBY DIGITAL album. Now teaming up with San Francisco-based production duo Blue Sky Black Death (made up of Kingston and Young God), Holocaust gets a 15-track platform on which to display his lyrical abilities. With his flow, an unrelenting juggernaut of grim, medieval imagery, Holocaust follows the lead of other Wu affiliates like Killah Priest and Shabazz the Disciple. His strange verses on tracks like "Smoking Room," "Wing To Wingfeather," and "Crash" paint sinister cinematic scenes of a Dark Age fantasy world that surely exists only in the minds of Dungeons & Dragons fans and Holocaust himself. In many ways, this album gives us nothing new but it does do well to recall the sound of Wu-Tang's golden age as Blue Sky Black Death's production mirrors the RZA's early 1990s formula of moody, seething synthesizers and well-placed, sped-up vocal snippets to chilling effect.

definately a quality album Submitted by Korshun (Adelaide, South Australia) Was This Review Helpful? Yes No 1 of 1 found this helpful.
Another Wu-classic Warcloud keeps doing s**t his own way; dark, deep and melodic beats, high skilled rhymes full of poetic and non-sense verses. The album is dated in 2006 but tastes like the '98 style, it sounds like time was stopped that year. For the third time Warcloud makes you travel without moving with his mystic tracks, genuine Wu-blend you can't miss if you're with the Wu since the 36 Chambers. Five star album. $12.89 Though Wu-Tang member Inspectah Deck has only released a few albums in his ten years as a solo artist (his debut, Uncontrolled Substance, came out in 1999, though it was said to have been finished as early as 1995), what he has put out -- not to mention his various excellent guest appearances and work on Wu-Tang Forever -- has been consistently good, a trend that follows on 2006's The Resident Patient, a mixtape that plays ...

Blue Sky, Black Death Presents: The Holocaust music CDs
$7.59 Jamiroquai's debut brings together a utopian worldview, funky '70s R&B influences and the liberated sensibility of England's burgeoning acid-jazz movement. The band, led by singer Jason "Jay" Kay, rides a funky groove while spreading a message of peace, love and environmental conscientiousness. The results of this meeting of heart and head range from Brazilian-flavored instrumentals like "Music Of The Mind" to to songs like "If I Like It, I Do It," on which yesterday's jazzy soul is spun around on today's hip-hoppy turntables.
Jamiroquai also flexes its improvisational muscle on two songs that clock in at over eight ...
