i had these on vhs a long time ago and its good to finally see them on dvd.there are only six episodes,but they are hilarious,if your a fan of the naked gun movies and airplane-type humor,then you are going to love these.the extras could have offered a little more,but considering how old these episodes are you cant expect to much extra stuff to still be around.anyway this is a great dvd to own,highly recommended.

the humour in police squad was dead pan and very clever but in the films it became silly
well worth the money, and long overdue

 Good but not as good as the movies
If you're a fan of the Naked Gun movies or Leslie Nielsen you'll enjoy this DVD.There are only six episodes on this DVD because the show was'nt that good and it was cancelled right after it's debut,but I'll bet if they let it continue a little bit longer it would've gotten alot funnier.There are several moments that will remind the viewer of movies like Naked Gun and Airplane,but it's still pretty funny.
