Eagles Eagles - Farewell I Tour: Live From Melbourne DVDs (2004) Top Seller
Paul McCartney - The Space Within Us DVD for sale The list of accomplishments and accolades accumulated by The Eagles is too long to recount, their music having been a staple of American music since the 1970s, and their popularity never waning. With five number-one singles and four number-one albums, two of which are among the best-selling records of all time, the group has helped form the backbone of classic rock; hits like "Desperado," "Hotel California," and "Lyin' Eyes" are instantly recognizable and timeless. After helping to popularize the Southern California rock sound of the '70s, the group--at this point made up of Joe Walsh, Don Henley, Glenn Frey, and Timothy Schmit--broke up to pursue solo projects, but reunited in 1994 in recognition of the ever-loyal fans who still wanted to see them playing together. This 2004 concert, held in Melbourne, Australia, during The Eagles' monumental farewell tour, was one of the highlights of this historic world event, as one of the most popular American bands of all time says goodbye to its countless adoring fans.

Cream Cream: Royal Albert Hall DVDs (2005)
Paul McCartney - The Space Within Us review Cream's set of reunion shows in May 2005 was a justly hot ticket. The legendary rock trio of Ginger Baker, Jack Bruce, and Eric Clapton--two jazz musicians and a blues guitarist--was one of the most influential bands of the 1960s, even though they played together for less than three years. They brought their psychedelic fusion of blues and pop into the mainstream with albums like FRESH CREAM and WHEELS OF FIRE; Clapton, long regarded as one of the greatest guitarists of all time, did some of his best work on those albums. London's Royal Albert Hall, the site of what was supposed to be Cream's final performance back in 1968, was also the venue for their reunion show. Sounding as if they'd been on vacation for a few weeks instead of disbanded for well over three decades, Cream brought the house down with a series of four shows, all of which are excerpted here. The band performs classics like "Spoonful," "Born Under a Bad Sign," "Sunshine of Your Love," and "White Room," among more than 20 others. Also featured are interviews with Baker, Bruce, and Clapton.
The historic May 2/3/4/5/6, 2005 reunion of Rock 'n' Roll's first Supergroup: Eric Clapton, Jack Bruce and Ginger Baker, on the same stage where, in 1968, they had completed what was thought to be their final performance. Includes a full set of 18 live performance tracks, along with 8 alternate takes and recent interviews with Ginger Baker, Jack Bruce and Eric Clapton. Filmed in High Def.

Special Edition; Digipak |
Paul McCartney - The Space Within Us video Given his unparalleled talent for innovative recording, mixing, and soundscaping, producer Sir George Martin has always been rightly referred to as "the fifth Beatle." Some 35 years after the Beatles disbanded, Martin was still shaping the group's music, as demonstrated by the 2006 release LOVE. The album (created to coincide with a Cirque du Soleil performance based on Beatles songs) amounts to a musical fantasia centered on the Beatles' output, with famous work from both early and late in the band's career collaged with great care and artistry.
Martin's relationship to the band gives him a unique perspective (not to mention access to a vast catalogue of multi-track tapes), which results in a shape-shifting overview that encompasses demo recordings, instrumental passages, and snippets from some of the best-loved Beatles tunes. Beatles fanatics will be in seventh heaven playing "name that reference" on this sonic carpet ride, but LOVE also provides something of an "overture" to the Beatles' oeuvre. The SPECIAL EDITION comes with a bonus audio-only DVD featuring the album in various stereo mixes.
Love is the title of the highly successful Cirque du Soleil show featuring the music of the Beatles, currently wowing audiences in Las Vegas. The music for the show, reworked by Sir George Martin and his son Giles, is a continuous soundscape of well-known songs by the Beatles augmented by additional instrumentation and vocals taken from their vast bank of original multi-track tapes. The result is an amazing set reinforcing the timeless quality of the group's recordings destined to open up a new legion of fans to the Beatles experience. The CD includes newly mixed and mastered music plus a 28 page booklet. The audio DVD contains 82 minutes of music both in 5.1 surround sound and stereo.

Paul McCartney In Red Square DVD (2005)
Paul McCartney - The Space Within Us review Mikhail Gorbachev and Vladimir Putin were among the audience when ex-Beatle Paul McCartney staged a spectacular show in Russia on May 24, 2003. Amazingly, this is the first time McCartney had played in the country, making it an extra-special occasion, which saw a 100,000-strong crowd gather in Red Square. Playing a mixture of material that included Beatles favorites ("Let It Be," "Hey Jude," "Fool On The Hill"), songs from the Wings-era ("Band on the Run," "Live and Let Die"), and more, this is a great way to witness McCartney's impressive collection of songs in a live setting. Complementing the concert are some historic scenes of McCartney meeting Putin, and a discussion about The Beatles and their incredible impact on Russia's cultural development. But it's the concert footage that really captures the imagination, with McCartney clearly relishing the chance to work through some glittering numbers from his back catalogue, and delighting the enraptured audience in the process.
On May 24, 2003, Paul McCartney ended decades of anticipation in Russia with his first-ever concert there, before over 100,000 people jammed into Red Square. This is the Emmy-winning landmark concert film, including performances of 30 classic Beatles' tunes including "Hello Goodbye," "Let It Be," "Back in the U.S.S.R.," "Hey Jude" and more. Also includes lots of bonus footage such as behind-the-scenes, a featurette on the making of the film, photo gallery and more.
