Planned as a fundraiser for Democratic candidates, the concert was subsequently broadcast on HBO. Since then this concert has raised more than $7 million in profits channeled through The Streisand Foundation to charities committed to anti-nuclear activities and preservation of our environment, civil librerties, and human rights. Barbra performs many of her best loved songs and shares her timeless message of hope and inspiration in a uniquely intimate setting. Robin Williams and Barry Gibb also appear.
