 You people don't know crap!
Mushroomhead has had 7 CDs! Listed in order- Mushroomhead, M3, Superbuick, Remix 2000, XX, XIII, Savior Sorrow! Only 5 of these are Original Cds, Remix 2000 is a bunch of remixes of earlier songs. As for XX thats mearly a compilation CD of some of thier best songs off the earlier CDs before they were signed to Universal! Filthy Hands Records is thier own label!

 meh.....
Honestly, without J Mann, I feel this bands gonna sink especially after this train wreck. J. Mann and Jonny Nothing complemented each others singing so perfectly, it was what made this band stand out and the main reason I was into them more than Slipknot. To top things off they also lost Bronson, don't get me wrong I'm sure these guys can still put on a killer show, but this band just sounds really gutted to me now. J. Mann needs to return for these guys to sound like a complete group again. Skinny still punishes the drums though, he's awesome!

 great cd
this is definatly a great cd i was also a little scared that waylon might not b able to fill the role of jmann on their 6th released cd (self-titled, superbuik, remix 2000, m3, xx, xIII, savior sorrow). Yes 6 cds satrting in 1995 but the band formed in 1993 long b4 slipknot so suck on that slipknot u dam copycats. waylon is a great man 2 replace jmann and even tho i think he could have done a lil more of the jmann voice its still new. Great cd look forward to future stuff.

 The start of something new...
After hearing XX, I thought this band was ok. I was still big on Slipknot a lot more than Mushroomhead, but as I listened to Mushroomhead more, I noticed that their music is not alive just because they have make-up and masks. They actually make music, which makes them in all honesty, better than Slipknot. XIII, later I heard, was better than XX, so I picked it up. I could not believe after listening to a few songs how much these guys had improved from their last album assault. XIII was and still is THE Mushroomhead album. It sounded incredible, it was such a good recording in itself how it was made. The guitars were insane and the vocals were incredibly deep. Every song had the presence it needed to stand on its own. Then, I heard J-Mann and Bronson left the band, for whatever reasons. I had doubts, but the guy who replaced J-Mann, aka Waylon, I heard was better because he could not only scream, but also sing, which was something new. After hearing about the new make-up and masks, I knew it was not going to be the same Mushroomhead at all, but I knew that they would not disappoint... Hopefully... Well, I was a bit let-down from the first time I heard this album, but after a long while, I thought 'Wait a minute. Mushroomhead keeps getting more musically inepth, but that's what they are meant to do!' So congrats on this one, guys. This one in itself is more of a concept album than it is an actual cd, with the titles of the songs going from 'Simple Survival' to 'Embrace The Ending' and 'Damage Done' they speak of how the world is not going to end, it's allready dead and we're to blame. A much more creative lyrical statement throughout the album, not as well-sounding without another guitar but still a good album with a lot more special solos vocally, on Pig Benis's bass, keyboards, and samples. Definetly not the same as before, but still stands on its own. Overall, really good album if you're open minded.
