Compiled by the notorious Pete Doherty, formerly of the Libertines, and his subsequent band, Babyshambles, this mix features tracks by the U.K. act's precursors (the Clash's fierce "Jail Guitar Doors," the Stone Roses' gentle "Going Down") and contemporaries (Belle & Sebastian's delicate "Mornington Crescent"). Also included are songs by less likely artists such as Love (the jaunty "Your Friend & Mine") and Saint Etienne (their club-ready cover of Neil Young's "Only Love Can Break Your Heart").
