One of the few MCs to represent the Iron City on a national scale, Pittsburgh Slim signed to Def Jam and released TASTEMAKER in 2007. Featuring robust boom-bap production specked with Rick Ruben-style guitar licks, dirtball-electro synth flourishes, and Slim's hipster-geek boasting, TASTEMAKER cuts a swath across various underground styles.
