| | Purple Sunset Let's Build A Fire CD Purple Sunset Discography of CDs
PurpleSunset is a husband/wife songwriter team who like to 'DEMO' their own songs. This PurpleSunset album, "Let's Build A Fire," has 10 original tunes and reflects our respect for such great artists like Garth Brooks, Willie Nelson, The Allmon Brothers, Linda Rondstat, Dwight Yokum, Merle Haggard and Reba MacIntire. When Kurt and his good friend, Joe Canuel, mix it up on "Too Many Irons" and "Oregon Love", their combination of electric and acoustic guitar work deliver emotion so intense, that they become one. A wonderful friend, Steve Elliott, delivers fine fiddle and banjo work on "Oregon Love" as well. We were so lucky to have their input in making this, our 2nd album of original country music, a success. Its easy to see the influence of Ricky Scaggs, Dickie Betts and Vince Gill in this jewel. If you are a SLIDE GUITAR fanatic, check out "Harley Man" -We hope you enjoy the ride. We sure did! Purple Sunset Let's Build A Fire Songs | 1. | Let's Build A Fire - PurpleSunset |

| | Thadeus Project Danger & Bliss CD (2005)
Let's Build A Fire album
$14.79 Like so many projects, Thadeus Project was not an idea hatched in a moment but over a lifetime. Not so much a birth but a rebirth. A rekindling of the love for music and the passion to create it.Two of the band's founding members, Ted Putbress and Glenn Folworski, experienced the 70's and all that rock and roll had to offer. Fresh and varied sounds. From Aerosmith to Neil Diamond. Pink Floyd to The Doors. Blues, R & B and jazz all influenced what was being played. It was a vibrant time when bands formed and failed and re-formed again. It was no different for Ted and Glenn. They played together. They played apart. They kept in touch. Fast forward to the year 2000. Life is good. For Ted, success has come in the form of the Financial Services industry. Now, a well earned vacation to Mexico triggers a desire to make music a part of his life again. Sitting in the terra cotta courtyard of his wife's ancestral home, Ted picks up his guitar and begins to play. That's all it took. Not long after returning home, Ted was looked into the latest music technologies and was immediately blown away by the innovations in musical design. The possibilities exploded in his mind. The passion was back, and now the money was there with a business background to back it up. The concept was born: a band with a sound and purpose rooted in the 70's & 80's but with today's technologies transforming and recreating it in a fresh new way. Re-enter Glenn. Jazzed by all Ted envisioned, Glenn couldn't sleep for weeks. Neither one has slept much since. In the summer of 2002 and 2003, Danger & Bliss was recorded and released in February 2004. Then John Zver, a drummer Ted and Glenn had played with, signed on. John brought with him Kharis Washington, a bass ...

| | Bobby Yates Have You Ever Really Listened (To One Of Hank Williams Songs ) CD (2006)
Let's Build A Fire music CDs
$15.95 I met Jerry Rivers and Don Helms in 1985 .Jerry and I would often go to lunch when I was in town and he liked to talk about Hank and their road trips. After a little while I realized I had found two very good and honest friends. Hard to find in Nashville. I later met Hillous Butrum and Bob McNett who were equally honest and friendly. These four men were Hank Williams DRIFTING COWBOY BAND. Hank had many band members over the years, but Jerry, Don, Hillous and Bob were with him from 1949 untill Hanks untimey death in early 1953. This was the time period that Hank and the COWBOYS are most remembered for. After Hank died, the band worked with various artists and dis-banded. In 1977, the BAND re-formed and continued their style of music- the same music that they created for Hank. They soon found out that they were still in demand. I was very lucky to get the entire band to help me with this album. I feel that this album belongs as much to them as it does to me. As I mentioned the music for this album was created by the same band that created the very much loved music of Hank himself. Three of the BAND have passed and that makes this album especially special to me. I believe this was the last time the COWBOYS ...

In 1970 they were named 'Vocal Group of the Year,' by the Country Music Association. Billboard Magazine named them the most awarded Country group of the time. Glaser was much in demand as a background singer and did countless sessions with the Jordanaires, the Anita Kerr Singers, The Nashville Edition, etc. He sang tenor with many artists including such varied artists as Wayne Newton, Jon Schneider, Bobby Lord, Charley Pride, to name just a few. In the early 1980s, Jim began recording as a solo artist for the newly-formed independent label, Noble Vision Records.
