(1 Customer Review)
The band exploded onto the music scene in 1991 with their self-titled debut album, Harem Scarem. The first album spawned several singles and videos which proceeded to take Canada by storm. The release of their second album, Mood Swings, brought even more acclaim from fans and critics alike. With this album, the band also became very popular in Japan. Mood Swings was the first of Harem Scarem's albums to be released in Japan, and they developed an instant following there. After 5 more studio albums ( and too many other releases to mention ) the band finished it’s 7 album deal with Warner Music and embarked on a new chapter of releasing records independently. To mark the return of Harem Scarem, the band released “ Weight Of The World “ in the spring of 2002. Weight Of The World was the first album on the new label and was instantly hailed as a classic. Despite a flurry of releases, the band didn't take much of a break. August 2003 saw the release of Higher. This album was a natural follow-up to Weight Of The World - a solid mix of modern and melodic rock, that fans have come to expect from the band. In 2005 the band released “ Overload “ to mixed reviews from the melodic rock world and soon after the band set out to make a record for their fans. Now , January 12 2007 the wait is over “ Human Nature “ hits the stores around the world. “ This record really takes us back to what Harem Scarem was all about in the beginning, big vocals and lots of melodic songs. “ Early reviews of “ Human Nature “ have confirmed the bands claims that this is one the best Harem Scarem records ever. Human Nature album
$14.65 Yet another album by German guitar superstar Axel Rudi Pell, Mystica delivers...well, pretty much what every previous Axel Rudi Pell album has delivered. Pell is comfortable enough with his impressive chops that he doesn't have to do the whole God of the Fretboard routine that so many European metal guitarists are saddled with, so his albums are refreshingly light on the pyrotechnics. He does have a fondness for the pretentiously titled instrumental, however, so here listeners have "Haunted Castle Serenade (Opus #4 Grazioso e Aggresso)" and "The Mysterious Return (Intro)." Otherwise, this is utterly straightforward, by the book melodic hard rock in the '80s poodle-hair style, complete with former Hardline singer Johnny Gioeli's pleasant but utterly anonymous vocals. If you still treasure your Scorpions and Rainbow albums, Mystica is sure to please, ...

| | Eek-A-Mouse Mouse Gone Wild CD (2004)
Human Nature album
$10.15 If Eek-A-Mouse still conjures up a vision of a six-foot Jamaican in a mouse costume squeaking in infectious and anthemic gibberish, then Mouse Gone Wild will come as a shock. The rodent scampered off the scene many years ago, and has apparently been living large in Bel Air ever since, as he explains on "American Dream." He is out of sight and out of his mind, or so he seems on the disturbing "Schizophrenic," a maniac who joins "Hannibal the Cannibal" at the dinner table.
However, Eek is a mouse with rich tastes, an "Uptown Dread" with wads of cash, enthralled by the sexy "American Girl" who knows how to "Wine" on the dancefloor. And he knows how to wine and dine the rich and famous, chatting up every "Diva" in the land, coming to the defense of Martha Stewart and even attempts to entice Hillary Clinton into his mouse hole on one of the most amusing numbers on the set. By the time Eek sends out the booty call of "Pussy and the Mouse," the faint of heart will be grabbing a broom to swat this seductive ball of fur back into his box.
But Eek wasn't born in a gilded cage, and he well remembers ...

Human Nature songs
$12.65 Every so often an artist emerges on the scene as fully formed, distinct vocals, a palpable presence, and crafted novel lyrics where the songs truly belong to the singer. Seth Glier joins the rank of artists with such an emergence. This singer/songwriter/pianist, born and raised in rural Western Massachusetts, delivers an organic performance rich in emotion and intellect. Glier’s blend of smooth folk and bluesy soul is a sound all his own. Sharing the stage with the like of John Mayer, Shemekia Copeland, and Martin Sexton, Glier’s accomplishments far surpass his age. He has sold thousands of records and has performed hundreds of shows throughout the east coast including three sold-out nights at the Iron Horse Music Hall in Northampton Mass, to performing for over 25,000 people on the National Mall in Washington D.C.Receiving a scholarship in songwriting from Berklee College of Music, his thought provoking lyrics have been recognized by Lizz Wright, Peter Mulvey, and folk super-group Redbird. “His lyrics don't just tell stories; they paint a masterpiece of pictures. The pictures are fresh, vibrant, and thoughtful,” said Tower Records.Seth’s energy and passion conveyed during live shows leave listeners talking for days after his performance. “Glier takes his audience to a place that is unknown without his intoxicating groove,” wrote Performer Magazine.Seth’s first record, Why, sold out within three days of it’s release in 2004. Seth's highly anticipated sophomore release, Space (2005), has been a hit among listeners. “The CD showcases his creativity and energy, and addresses the social, political, and economic problems within ...
