UnityGainRecords Presents Broken Barriers - Is the Introduction to our new label UnityGainRecords, a compilation featuring some of the newest up and coming artist out of California, ranging in styles from Hip-Hop, Soul, Rap, Spoken Word, and Funk. Unity Gain Records was founded in 2006 by a group of recording engineers, producers and musicians. Realizing a lack of diversity in the music industry we decided to form an independent label that would represent the many different aspects of music, without sacrificing quality for quantity. Many of the partners come from strong backgrounds in sales, public relations,marketing and promotions. The combination of these skills allow us to connect more effectively with our artists and with our target audience, giving us an edge over the competition. Our solid operations plan and effective risk management guarantee that we willthrive in today's marketplace.
