Get lucky with Lucky Louie: The Complete First Season - the "comedy with an adult twist." Louis C.K. stars as Louie, a part-time mechanic at a muffler shop, who spends most of his time at home taking care of his four-year-old daughter, Lucy, while his wife, Kim, the real breadwinner, works as a full-time nurse. Though it's a multi-camera show with a live audience, LUCKY LOUIE is far from being a traditional sitcom. Louis C.K. is an Emmy-winning comedy writer, and he both writes and plays the title character in this HBO comedy. Louie has a part-time job at an auto shop, but he spends most of his time at home with his young daughter. With her job as a nurse, his wife (Pamela Adlon) is the family's real provider, creating an interesting family dynamic. All 12 first-season episodes, plus a bonus episode and backstage footage, are featured. Lucky Louie: The Complete First Season Reviews: "[The show] puts the blue in blue-collar with expletives galore in HBO's spin on the classic sitcom." -- Grade: B-- Paul S. Lucky Louie: The Complete First Season review
$10.15 Though sometimes verging on cruel, the comic Lisa Campanelli knows how to make people laugh. In the Comedy Central special TAKE IT LIKE A MAN, she takes her insult-filled style to new heights, holding nothing back and considering no topic too taboo. Filmed during a live performance at The Improv. in Hollywood, Florida, TAKE IT LIKE A MAN shines the spotlight on Lisa as she takes vicious stabs at everything from politics and family to race. Just a few of the chapters include "White Devils and Hispanic Women," "The Train to Brown Town," and "Stereotypes."
Called "Comedy's Lovable Queen of Mean" (New York Times) and "Howard Stern on estrogen" (Toronto ...

Lucky Louie: The Complete First Season video
$11.35 Comedian and ventriloquist Jeff Dunham hits the stage with hilarious new pals Achmed the Dead Terrorist and Melvin the Super hero, as well as old favorites Peanut, Walter, and Jose Jalapeno, in this sidesplitting performance at Washington D.C.'s Warner Theater.
More than just a stand-up comic, Jeff Dunham is a one-man comedy troupe--a ring-leader in a circus of snark. The veteran ventriloquist may be the only one with vocal chords, but he’s often the least vocal, playing straight man to a steam trunk of personalities: Achmed the Dead Terrorist, a goofball skeleton still fighting the infidels; Peanut, an odd purple creature with a fast mouth; Jose Jalapeño, a smooth-talking pepper on a stick; Bubba J, NASCAR’s biggest fan; and Walter, a dirty old man who speaks his mind. Together with his hilarious and irreverent puppets, Dunham riffs on everything from politics to family life, and slays the audience with his quick-witted banter. SPARK OF INSANITY features one of Dunham’s funniest performances, recorded live at Washington D.C.’s Warner Theater.
Jeff Dunham has become one of the most successful touring comics ever and has amassed legions of loyal fans! At the American Comedy Awards, Dunham was voted ...
