If u were bummed cuz u were not there,
this DVD almost makes up 4 it. U get
2 see AFI perform up close with CLEAR
audio; it's visually sharp, has some
fancy camerawork, but most of all it has GREAT AFI songs pounded out with
crazee heart!It's a miracle, Davey's
voice. My only beef is an insanely
immature wish that the concert would
have gone on forever...If you luv these
guys, u HAVE to get this DVD. NOW.

I heard a voice portrays a clear representation of AFI's live performance. Having been lucky enough to witness this same tour (in a different venue) it will be a great lasting memory of one of the greatest live acts i have seen.
If you are thinking of seeing AFI or already have then this is perfect to either give you an insight or a memory of a great show.
I have watched this a number of times and i'm sure there will be plenty in the future as well as already making sure i am going to their next live show. I'm sure i will see some of you there who buy or have bought this DVD.

I love AFI always have and always will Davey Havok has a heavenly voice when he sings I love the dvd I watch it all the time and my friends who like AFI watch it to keep the coming I ould watch them all the boys did a good job with the dvd.

This was fricken awsome, the quality in sound that the dvd has is amazing...and the band all together sounded great. Davey's vocals rocked the party, Jade's amazing guitar riffs couldn't have been better, Hunter, well Hunter is just amazing, and Adam once again is just amazing. This dvd is definatly one to pick up! ;)

With its major label debut SING THE SORROW, AFI (aka A Fire Inside), has made the leap from being strictly hardcore punk denizens to a more complex outfit dabbling in goth guitar textures and a soaring sound. With Nirvana/Smashing Pumpkins producer Butch Vig and Green Day/Rancid knob-twirler Jerry Finn manning the board, this transition ends up being a smooth one. Swirling synths, disembodied harmonies and the Tool-like bashing of drummer Adam Carson help the foreboding "Miseria Cantare" set a mood closer to Dead Can Dance than the Dead Kennedys. Although "Death of Season" predominantly rides a hardcore vibe, the most obvious indicators that this ain't your older brother's punk rock are "The Leaving Song Pt. II," with its sing-along-chorus and pounding rhythm, the dark Cult-like rocker "Bleed Black," and "This Celluloid Dream," a charged anthem of vulnerability.
