The music selection dedicated to the 'Fashion Show' this time digs into the coolest new sounds, varying from the hippest of hip-hop, accompanied by the sweetest voices, to the vibrations created in electro Brazilian flavours and jazz infusions. The selection ends with a pearl from the latest and newest cd by the coolest, Koop. In CD02, Aftershow, commences with Bebel Gilberto, who brings the rhythm and the bites into an ideal post-fashion parade. The selection continues with the likes of artists such as Harvey Lindo, George Duke, Tiefschwarz, Batuk, Yonderboi, whose' accomplished house rhythms merge perfectly the jazz and ethnic moods. Another elegant collection of great music wrapped in a precious Deluxe Digibox including glossy-matt effect and glazed silver with a rich photo booklet inside. Something you absolutely can't miss!

With ALL IN ONE, Bebel Gilberto made her home at Verve, which is not just an auspicious label for music but also the home of some of the best Brazilian records of all time--by Antonio Carlos Jobim, Astrud Gilberto (who is no relation, although she was married to Bebel's father before Bebel's birth), Stan Getz, and, of course, her father, Joao Gilberto. Volume two in the complete recordings of Frankie "Half Pint" Jaxon contains all of the titles he is known to have cut between July 1929 and July 1937. During this period, Jaxon crossed over from the Vocalion label to Decca, working with a diverse range of musicians that included the Cotton Top Mountain Sanctified Singers, (a traditional-sounding choir who backed him on several spirituals) and cornetist Punch Miller & His Delegates of Pleasure. Most of these records were issued under the headings of Frankie "Half Pint" Jaxon and either his Hot Shots or his Quarts of Joy. Half Pint's jumpin' little bands included trumpeters Bob Schoffner and George Mitchell; trombonist Preston Jackson, and Cassino Simpson, a skilled pianist who made his best recordings with Jabbo Smith and ultimately ended up in a mental institution after trying to murder Half Pint, whose androgyny and well-known theatrical knack for female impersonation might well have driven Simpson over the edge.
