Octane Twisted album Product Description
Octane Twisted album by Porcupine Tree was released Dec 11, 2012 on the Snapper label. After spending much of the 80s fronting one of the biggest progressive rock bands in the world, the multi-million selling Marillion, Fish launched his solo career in 1990. "Suits" was his fourth solo album and scored him another top 20 UK hit (#18) when it was released in 1994 Octane Twisted music CDs. This digipack edition features two additional songs, "Black Canal" and "Out Of My Life", not featured on the original album along with the singles "Lady Let It Lie and Fortunes Of War" Octane Twisted, the first album by Porcupine Tree in three years, is a double-live disc recorded at Chicago's Riviera in 2010 during The Incident tour. It also includes highlights from the band's concluding concert at London's Royal Albert Hall. Recording a concept album is fraught with danger as well as possibility; a touring one is an exponentially greater challenge -- especially when the studio recording is a chart success. The Incident went Top 30 in both the United Kingdom and the United States. ...See Full Description

Queensryche Operation: Mindcrime II CD (2006)

The obvious label to put on this band is "supergroup," because it consists Roine Stolt of The Flower Kings, Neal Morse of Spock's Beard, Mike Portnoy of Dream Theater, and Pete Trewavas of Marillion, but that would imply that this is just another jam session. Despite the fact that these gifted musicians put this session together ...

Stormbringer falls short of the excellence of Machine Head and Who Do We Think We Are, but nonetheless boasts some definite classics -- including the fiery "Lady Double Dealer," the ominous title song (a goth metal treasure), the sweaty "High Ball Shooter," and the melancholy ballad "Soldier of Fortune." Queensryche Take Cover CD (2007)
Octane Twisted music CDs Queensryche have a knack for keeping their fans guessing. A case in point: the band followed up their lofty, concept-driven MINDCRIME II album with a distinct break from their serious side in the form of TAKE COVER. This all-covers set features a decidedly eclectic mix of song choices, from the logical (Pink Floyd, Dio-era Black Sabbath) to the tangential (one show tune and an operatic ...
