Payback Movie Review Excellent...highly recommended To be honest, I had never even heard of this movie until I saw it on TNT and it grabbed my interest and held on like a gila monster. Like the other reviewer, even though I own the DVD, I watch it over and over again, whenever I'm flipping through the channels and stumble upon it. Everything about this movie works and it moves along effortlessly. There is not a single scene within the movie when I feel bored and want to switch to something else. The plot is simplicity itself and everything comes together with excellent acting and directing. Submitted by BrianP (Fremont, CA) Was This Review Helpful? Yes No 1 of 1 found this helpful. ONE COOL BAD GUY!!! MEL GIBSON is wicked in this movie, for a good bad guy he does it overly great!, and the things he pulls off to get back is awesome!!! you should own this one! Submitted by skullmstr85 (Pahrump, NV.) Was This Review Helpful? Yes No This review is for a different format.
NOT ENOUGH STARS...!!! I would give this movie 6 stars if it were possible. The movie flows from scene to scene with great ease. Mel Gibson is awesome in this role. No-nonsense Porter just wants his seventy-grand and will stop at nothing to get it! The beauty of this movie is that it stays true to itself and Porter(Gibson) never compromises. I remember hearing reviews about this movie when it first hit theatres. They were confused with how to react to Gibsons' role because he was a criminal amongst other criminals and he was a mean S.O.B.!
One of my favorite movies ever! They show it on TNT all the time and I watch it...everytime. But it's an edited version, 8 bucks for this DVD is a BARGAIN! Submitted by bettrthana (Riverside,CA) Was This Review Helpful? Yes No This review is for a different format.
Action and mob with a drip of comedy This movie is very enjoyable to watch. Gibson has a street smart attitude which will make you laugh. The movie is well formated and moves along at a good pace. If you like revenge movies and like to laugh, please pick this up. Submitted by Dan (Waukegan, IL, USA) Was This Review Helpful? Yes No This review is for a different format.
Average This would have to be one of Gibson's finest roles, but not one of his finest movies. Submitted by Blake (Brandon,MS) Was This Review Helpful? Yes No This review is for a different format.

$13.59 People who go "incognito" usually have something to hide. That certainly cant be said of Jean-Paul "Bluey" Maunick and his exciting band. Firstly, Incognito is much too good to hide itself away. Secondly, this creative workshop, which young, enthusiastic music freaks have been passing through for many years, has left a distinct impression on the scene and not only in its home country, the UK. This live performance from Ohne Filter includes Good Love, One Hundred And Rising, Everybody, Spellbound And Speechless, Don't You Worry 'bout A Thing, Harvest For The World, Colibri, Still A Friend Of Mine, Always There.
Making their mark on the jazz/ funk scene since the early 80s, Jean-Paul "Bluey" Maunick and his British fusion band have been a staple among jazz connoisseurs for years. Scoring an early hit with his cover of "I Shot the Sheriff," ...
| | Sweet Georgia/Country Hooker DVD (1972) Full Frame; Special Edition

$7.89 These two outrageous, campy romps from sexploitation king Harry Novak feature some of the loveliest softcore porn stars from the early 1970s. SWEET GEORGIA (Marsha Jordan) is married to an ugly, drunken brute named Big T., so she looks for her satisfaction elsewhere, discovering both Cal, the strapping young ranchhand, and her beautiful stepdaughter Virginia, who enjoys riding her horse in the nude. Then comes Leroy, not exactly the sharpest tack in the box. When Georgia tangles with him events take an unfortunate turn, and the murders begin to accrue. This dirty down-home tale of debauchery is accompanied by the similarly-themed COUNTRY HOOKER. Jen and Sue (sex kittens Sandy Dempsey and Rene Bond) are hitchhikers who reroute country singer Dave and his pal Billy B. on the way to a gig, diverting their attentions toward a little roll in the hay. But there's more to these girls than meets the eye, as they are actually working for the smarmy Mike, The Singing Pimp, who is seeking to distract our unsuspecting heroes from their purpose and keep the venue for himself. Love comes to the rescue as Jen and Sue have a change of heart, but the unsavory Mike is not to be outdone!
