| Not worth it
The video has two sections, but both guys do the same routine. Workouts are slow, sometimes they are out of since with instructions. The camera seems to avoid frontal areas, when doing lower ab/pelvic area exercise, the camera spends part of time showing chest and shoulder or thigh, not the area of concentration. Would not buy if had to do it over.
