For the musical accompaniment to director Zack Snyder's 2007 film adaptation of Frank Miller's graphic novel 300 about the brutal Battle of Thermopylae, composer Tyler Bates crafted a bold score that enhances the visually stunning movie. Mixing Middle Eastern motifs with string passages, electronic elements, and metallic guitar riffs, these pieces are both powerful and unconventional, as best revealed on the ominous "Fever Dream."

I think that Mr. Bates should at least mentioned that song "Message for a Queen" is stolen macedonian, most famous song named "Zajdi, zajdi jasno solnce" ( Fall dawn bright sun).
At least that...
At least in America copyrights are serious thing.

Haven't seen the movie
Haven't seen the movie yet, but, this music is very powerful. Can't wait until I have some visuals in my mind and listen to it again and again.

This soundtrack is one of the most compelling and powerful soundtracks I've ever had the pleasure of listening to. It is and excellent accompaniment to the bone-crushing, spine-chilling, and even soul-moving movie of 300.
