4 stars great post punk album from NYC
this is just as relevant as anything that came out of NYC in the late 70's - early 80's... why this band got treated so badly with time is one of music's great mysteries... excellent stuff from a band that is long overdue on getting the recognition it deserves.

5 stars A Sound Of Their Own
Polyrock were a breath of fresh air for me, musically, when this album was first released - their sound was distinct and different in ways which helped to push my musical horizons further. It is impressive to me that after all this time, Polyrock still has a lot to say, and hasn't been relegated to a "has been" sound as the years have passed. This stuff is a fresh today as it was all those years ago.
