Nice Starter DVD for learning accordion Even with some limited keyboard experience the accordion is a complex instrument to learn and this DVD helps to demystify the basics. Having only gotten about half way through, I'm grateful for Professor Louie's deliberate methodology and scaffolded approach to learning chord progressions. There could be a little more explicit instruction with scales and fingering, but so far, the DVD is a fun way to learn and also a great value when compared to private lessons. self taught accordion This (DVD),is the most helpful of most of my books and DVD's I have to learn myself accordion.I started from being a beginner and in a short time I am most likely an,intermediate.I don't know If "Professor Louie",has any more (DVD's) but if he does most lilely I will buy them if they would be helpful.
My goal is to be able to play with enough pride so I can perform in nursing homes and Prisons.
