TEDDY DEANETeddy, a career musician, moved to San Juan Island in 2000 from Portland, Oregon where he led a 7 piece Swing Band (Swingline Cubs) for 17 years; playing an average of 90 special events yearly. He also was half of a duo (Jass Two), which played ‘20s, and '30s music exclusively. Before that he was several years on the road with national and international touring bands including Quill, Martin Mull Magical Midget Band, The Holy Modal Rounders, and The Clamtones. He’s played on double bills with everyone from the Allman Bros. to Glen Miller to Bonnie Raitt, to Frank Zappa to Alice Cooper. He still plays locally in San Juan County WA.
