Currently serving as Director of Music and Organist for the First United Methodist Church of Columbus, Indiana, David Kevin Lamb is a graduate of the Indiana University Jacobs School of Music. Completing the Doctor of Music degree in Organ and Church Music in 2000, his other major areas of study included Vocal Performance/Pedagogy, Choral Conducting, and Music Education.Dr. Lamb's professional credits as an organist include church music positions in Indiana and Kentucky and guest organ concert performances in Arkansas, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Indiana, Ohio, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, New York, Pennsylvania, Washington, West Virginia, and Washington, D.C. European performances include presentations in Austria, Germany, and, most recently, two concerts in France on the Historic Cavaille-Coll Organs in the churches of St. Augustin and La Trinite in Paris.In addition to more than twenty years of service as choral director in two Indiana high schools, Dr. Lamb has conducted guest concerts in Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, New York, and West Virginia, and he is currently an adjunct instructor of music at Spalding University in Louisville, KY, and an adjunct lecturer of music at Franklin College in Franklin, IN.As a voice teacher Dr. Lamb has coached singers in Indiana & Kentucky and served for two years as a Master Teacher of Voice for the West Virginia Governor's School for the Arts at Marshall University. He has directed and conducted over 50 musical theatre productions and has worked as a pit player for both the Derby Dinner Playhouse and the Broadway in Louisville Tour Series. He is a member of the American Federation of Musicians (Louisville Local 11-637).Dr. Lamb's professional experiences include work in the realms of concert organist, choral director, church organist, singer, voice teacher, accompanist, pit player, music administrator, public school teacher, college instructor, workshop leader, clinician, and recording artist. A Colleague of the American Guild of Organists, David Lamb is currently the first president of the Indiana Organists United, an alumni affiliate of the Indiana University Jacobs School of Music Alumni Association. $13.69 Antonio Mostacci graduated with Sante Amadori at Pesaro Conservatory and studied with Franco Rossi, Janos Starker and Yvan Chiffoleau in Paris. He started his performing activity when he was 16 , in trio with his father Luigi Mostacci ( piano ) and Italo Capicchioni ( clarinet ), the Trio Cameristico Italiano, who performed in the most important european towns. He won the first prize at Vittorio Veneto, Catanzaro, Stresa, Moncalieri competitions and was awarded at Maria Canals ( Barcelona ) and Viotti international competitions. He usually performs in chamber music groups and teaches cello at Castelfranco Veneto Conservatory. He performed as a soloist with the Orchestra da camera fiorentina, with the Orchestra sinfonica di Adana ( Turkey) and usually with the Orchestra da camera di Bologna. He plays duo with the pianist Miriam Garagnani since 1990. He played in Duo in the whole Europe, United States and Japan and took part to the string quartett formed by the violinist Nigel Kennedy during the Chechester music festival ( GB ). He is a member of Arianna string quartett, which performed in january '94 in New york at the Off-Broadway theatre La MaMa E.T.C. He collaborates as solo cello with the Orchestra of Massimo BelliniTheatre in Catania, with Orchestra Marchigiana and Archi di Firenze. Recently are on sale a CD of Boccherini's music for two cellos and a Cd of Brahms Cello Sonatas. He is an ISME - international society for music education- member. Miriam Garagnani was born in Modena ( Italy ) in 1967. She graduated with full marks with Luigi Mostacci at G.B. Martini Conservatory in Bologna. She attended Oxana Yablonskaya 's master classes in Italy and in the United States .Then she studied with Bruno Mezzena. She performed as a soloist and in music chamber groups in italy and abroad, playing italian composers premières, too. She is playing in duo cello-piano with the cellist Antonio Mostacci since 1990 and has performed in the whole Europe. She took part to Maratona di piano y musica da camara in Madrid and to the Summit music festival in New York, Besides she performed at St. James Church in Piccadilly Circus ( London) , at Kleine Gasteig (Munich ) and for K&O concerten in Leiden ( Holland ). Recently , she took concerts in Finland ( Helsinki) and Japan . She graduated in chamber music, with maximum marks, at Accademia Musicale Pescarese under the guide of Bruno Mezzena.
