With a fairly diverse resume to his credit, including working as a Correctional Officer , music was the one thing that had remained constant in Harry Wojak's life. In the fall of 2004 with the help of long time friend and musician / producer Mark Sterling, Harry began the process of recording his 12 song debut CD - Leave it Behind. With over 40 original songs to choose from, Mark and Harry decided on 14 songs to record. Drummer Chad Melchert, Bassist Mike Lent and engineer Paul Schmitz were brought aboard to see the project through. Singing songs that were written with one goal in mind ... "giving to people through music what music has given me ... almost everything!". Eventually released in late 2006, Leave it Behind has drawn several comparisons to Bob Dylan, Mark Knofler and even David Gray. These comparisons often leave Harry with a sense of humility and appreciation. " If you are gonna get a comparison to a song writer ... ya Dylan works just fine for me.
