Robert K. Wolf is Phat Americana. He has never been quite satisfied with coma-inducing songwriting blandness. He took his blazingly, politically, and religiously incorrect 'Cross Dressing For Christmas' and became a winner in the 2003 Great American Song Contest, received airplay in numerous markets (including Washington DC drive time), and hit #4 on mp3 . His very well-received, over-the-top-and-then-some 'IntaMezo' attempted to shatter the long-held belief that hip-hop can't be performed by an overweight, Brooklyn-born Jewish guy from New Jersey squirming in the buckle of the Bible Belt."Drivin' You Away" is Wolf's first full-length project in seven years. It features these songs alongside a solid, gig-tested bunch of others. There's a delusional, startstruck parking attendant, a patriot to end all patriots, scores of dysfunctional personalities, and yes, some regular people. The recording features top Nashville session musicians. The basic tracks were recorded old school, onto two inch tape, in one day. no secrets here... this is a dedication cd of 11 songs to my parents, bill and rose murrey. both are joined together again in the bosom of our lord now and are missed greatly by me, my brothers billy, tony and sis rose marie. bill and rose walked through life creating beauty and touching so many people with that beautiful light. they constantly encouraged and gave inspiration to us kids and others too numerous to name. this cd of songs contains memories, dreams, dedications and celebrations to them. it also contains tunes which both found enjoyable or nuturing. opinions were not hard to coax from rose murrey, she could deliver a "to the point" synopsis in a sentence or two and render a verdict on what she liked and what she didn't. this honesty always helped me in songcrafting and subject matter. daddy bill, on the other hand... kinda rolled with the flow and took the best from everything, imparting a slightly bent and humorous angle to it on the way. together, bill and rose forged a love and bond that will go down in human history as one of the most balanced, loving, sharing, caring and just plain "awesome" love affairs... period. it is to them, this cd is dedicated.steven cooper produced."forever"... a song about committment and the timeless thing that is love. mom really enjoyed this song."songs i should have wrote"... sitting listening to the great ones, sipping wine and thinking about great songs... and great loves... both mom and dad enjoyed a good tear jerker."my name ain't jesus"... a perfect come back to someone who always wants you to perform a miracle! mom loved this one 'cause she associated with it so much!"my mama's eyes"... trying to live life like mom taught... tying to see through her eyes at all things... and hoping to do her proud."in the mirror"... two ...

Born in Los Angeles California, her parents moved back to Arkansas in 1970 where their roots were and Anita began growing her own as well as keeping a few roots and fond memories behind. Growing up she loved singing behind closed doors but dreamed of singing to thousands. As she grew up and started having a family of her own, singing lullabies was only the beginning to singing out loud. Anita started singing out in public in 1994, singing in church first by getting her daughters (mother of 3) involved in singing, she then pursued into singing in nursing homes, children's hospitals, school programs and some programs for handicap children. From there her singing went to more area's such as revivals, weddings and funerals. Yes as you can figure out, her music started off gospel, singing Christian music has been her passion. Anita wanted do more with her music and reach even more people with the love of music so she broke more free style when singing other peoples songs in the love styling, country, country pop, some lit rock. Loving all styles across the charts it wasn't surprising that she had a passion to have a special release in the form of country/pop/rock called "Do You Want Me" which was released 7-3-06 in California, New York, Nashville Tennessee as well as in Europe. Song written by fiance Johnny Harp, they have still many songs just dying to be released. A big moment in Anita's music career was when she sang in Little Rock at Arkansas Children's Hospital and the Discovery Channel still to this date has a small part from 1999 Anita singing Frosty The Snowman in a special documentary.She has over the years help organize special music as well as sound effects for school projects just to show some of her diversity talent.
