You gotta give it to Les Stroud for Staying out in the cold, Dessert, Swamp, Out to sea and many other places carring hardly and supplies and 55lb's of Camera equipment for 7 day's. Definate show for the whole family, Would highly recommend to purchase...

| Great for The Classroom!
I teach in rual Alaska and this is a great series to use in the classroom. Many do not get TV out here so this was a great way to bring TV into the classroom. The kids love to see the different locations and scenerios.

| Excellent material
I bought this because I live in Moab Utah and one of the episodes was filmed very near where I live. I also ride mountain bikes. Hey, you never know when a bit of extra knowledge may save your hide!
