Dustin Donald Treiber was born October, 9th, 1981 and grew up in the small town of St. Paul, KS. He always enjoyed the country life of being outdoors and working on his grandparents’ farm. At the age of ten, he began playing guitar and learning his favorite Garth Brooks songs. In high school, he played the guitar and sang with the Catholic Youth Organization’s choir on CYO Sundays during mass. To this day he still makes time to play for church and hometown events. After graduating high school in 2000, Dustin attended college at Pittsburg State University, in Pittsburg, KS. During this time, he began writing songs in his spare time. His goal, when writing, was to always create something totally different than the last song. The result was music ranging from funny drinking songs, to emotional ballads, to energetic Christian music. Dustin gained a small loyal fan base at the college and home. After graduating PSU with a degree in graphics, Dustin married his girlfriend of four years, Sarah, and began a job at a radio station, working on station graphics, commercial writing and audio production. In 2006, Dustin was very lucky and very blessed to win a recording session at Gene Breeden Studios in Nashville, TN from a songwriters workshop he attended.
