Chancer - Series 1 review Product Description
Chancer - Series 1 movie was released Jul 03, 2007 by the Acorn Media Publishing Inc. studio. Standard Screen; Soundtrack English
This British television series follows the shady business dealings of sometime investment analyst and (mostly) cunning con-artist Stephen Crane, played with aplomb by a young, dashing Clive Owen. Chancer - Series 1 video After engaging in controversial doings at a formerly unblemished London bank, Crane squeezes into a job with Douglas Motors, where he soon becomes an intimate with the prestigious Douglas family. Chancer - Series 1 film Owen is wonderfully slimy and strangely charming in this role, and it's not hard to see why it helped propel him to stardom. Chancer - Series 1 review Included here are all 13 episodes of the show's first season.

In November 1932, a phalanx of moneyed guests arrives for a weekend shooting party at the estate of Sir William McCordle (Michael Gambon) and Lady Sylvia (Kristin Scott Thomas). Mary (Kelly Macdonald), a fresh-faced, naïve new maid accompanies the sniping Countess of Trentham ...
