Never another fiddler like Papa John Creach
I discovered Papa John when I was in college in the early 70's. Then came Jefferson Starship and, unfortunately, that period is what most people remember about this incredibly gifted fiddler.

A sleeping giant of a musician
Papa John is not known by most. That is very unfortunate because he is an incredible musician. His violin on the likes of "No more country girls", "Filthy funky", "Up in the alley", and "Don't tell it to no one" cannot be matched.
