In the two years since the world-wide release of their debut album The Ocean on Century Media records, Winnipeg based Burnthe8track, comprised of brothers Derek and Jason Kun, and brothers Sam and Ethan Osland, have taken the world by storm. Propelling their turbulent live show through Canada, the U.S., and Europe they have opened for bands including Sum 41, Propaghandi, Comeback Kid, Ignite, The Misfits, and The Ataris. They have played major festivals including the Vans Warped tour, and made appearances at industry showcases including CMJ, JunoFest, and NXNE. The band has had two videos in rotation on MuchMusic, MuchLoud, MTV2, MTV Europe, and VIVA Europe. Their songs have also appeared on the soundtracks to ESPN’s NHL 2K5 and MTV’s Cribs. In April 2007 Burnthe8track will return to Europe with Ignite and Death by Stereo playing Germany, the Netherlands, Hungary, Italy, Switzerland, Austria, and a much sought after show at the legendary Groezrock Festival in Belgium. This list of accomplishments would never have been possible had Burnthe8track not been completely committed to playing and making their music without fear. 2007 will see the band confront “fear” all over again, this time through the release of their Curve/Universal music debut –Fear of Falling Skies. From the lead off single, The Great Divide, to the final whispers of 1949, this album is a tumultuous ride through personal struggle, political despair, and imminent environmental disaster that somehow, like the calm after a storm, leaves the listener with a sense of hope. In spring 2007, let fear take over your life. Fear Of Falling Skies Music The 8 Track Burn Fear Of Falling Skies Songs | 1. | Great Divide, The |

| | U2 No Line On The Horizon CD (2009)
Fear Of Falling Skies songs
$10.49 There's no shortage of legendary producers in line to work with music world titans U2; when work with Rick Rubin broke off, Brian Eno and Daniel Lanois stepped in. The resulting NO LINE ON THE HORIZON, 2009's offering from the Irish rockers, continues in the grand U2 tradition, as soaring pop anthems like opening single "Get on Your Boots" pair with experimental melanges like "Tripoli," on a striking album featuring touches of all the albums come before, yet hinting at new worlds for Bono to conquer.
After spending the 1990s experimenting with electronic music and returning to arena-ready rock during the first few years of the 21st century, U2 stakes out territory somewhere between those two points on 2009's NO LINE ON THE HORIZON. Enlisting its go-to production trio of Brian Eno, Daniel Lanois, and Steve Lillywhite, the Irish quartet seems intent on crafting a quirkier companion piece to HOW TO DISMANTLE AN ATOMIC BOMB, and they succeed with restless tracks such as "Get on Your Boots," which sounds like "Vertigo" hijacked by T. Rex, and "Stand Up Comedy," a wiry number that lets the Edge cut loose with barbed guitar lines. Some of most striking songs on HORIZON are the ones that venture farthest from U2's comfort zone, as on the surprisingly weighty title track, a tune that counterbalances its nearly ...

Fear Of Falling Skies CD music
$36.49 The title of Interpol's second album, ANTICS, may conjure up images of carefree adventure, but anyone familiar with the New York City band's brooding post-punk sound knows that there's nothing lighthearted about their music. Although it's not a radical departure, ANTICS does reveal a broadening of the group's sonic palette. The opening track, "Next Exit," is a slowly building, piano-laden anthem, marked by singer Paul Banks's remarkably widened vocal range and strangely hopeful lyrics. Clearly the group is eager to move beyond the endless Joy Division comparisons they previously garnered, and this bid works to wonderful effect. Of course, many of the elements that made their debut, TURN ON THE BRIGHT ...
