Boy-next-door Kevin hopes to finally lose his virginity to his bubbly girlfriend, Vicky (Tara Reid), while football player Oz begins an unlikely relationship with quiet chorus girl Heather (Mena Suvari). Finch struggles to maintain his cool air of witty detachment, while the neurotic Jim, most famously, has an intimate moment with apple pastry--and, eventually, sexy exchange student Nadia (Shannon Elizabeth). This hysterical yet sensitive movie also features memorable characters such as the ever-wise Jessica (Natasha Lyonne), the imbecilic Stifler (Seann William Scott), the dorky Sherminator (Chris Owen), the flute-playing Michelle (Alyson Hannigan), and Jim's hilariously nerdy dad (Eugene Levy).
In 1999, Eugene Levy also starred in THE SECRET LIFE OF GIRLS, which had a working title of AMERICAN PIE. American Pie Quotes/Excerpts: "This one time, at band camp...."--Michelle (Alyson Hannigan) to Jim (Jason Biggs) American Pie Reviews: "...A prime slice of raunchy fun..."

American Pie Movie Review It's time to unleash the sherminator!!! Shameless, crude, and just outragous, the best teen comedy i've ever seen.. Submitted by connor allen (doncaster, hatfield) Was This Review Helpful? Yes No This review is for a different format.
the 'stifmeister' is my HERO.. My favorite character in this whole movie would have to be Stifler because in a way he reminded me of a high school friend of mine that passed away the summer before our senior year. When I first seen this movie I laughed til I cried because his disgusting male dominated behavior reminded me of John. And it kinda reminded me of the antics I once pulled once upon time when I was that young. If you haven't seen this movie this is a MUST-SEE for anyone entering their teen-age years!!! | | Donovan's Reef DVD (1963) Widescreen
American Pie review
$7.05 The hilarious DONOVAN'S REEF, one of John Ford's rare but memorable forays into comedy, is set on the South Sea island of Haleakoloha, where two navy buddies have decided to stay after World War II. Michael "Guns" Donovan (John Wayne) and Aloysius "Boats" Gilhooley (Lee Marvin), who like to celebrate their mutual birthday every year by trying to beat the hell out of each other, are enacting the ritual in Guns's bar, Donovan's Reef. Dr. William Dedham (Jack Warden), scion of a wealthy family and another societal dropout, breaks up the fight after an appropriate amount of damage has been done. He soon learns that his very proper daughter, Amelia (Elizabeth Allen), is about to arrive from Boston, unaware that he's had three children by a Polynesian princess. Dedham persuades Guns to pretend to be the father of his kids during the visit in order to be spared Amelia's wrath. While Dedham's daughter is initially put off by the juvenile antics of Donovan's crew, the tavern owner's feelings toward her are far more positive. After she beats him in a swimming competition, she begins to see his appeal. Filmed in Kauai, Hawaii, this entertaining family-oriented comedy is stoked with broad physical gags and the inspired tomfoolery of the cast. The most notable performance belongs to Wayne, who ends his long, hugely successful, and artistically triumphant collaboration with Ford on a high and suitably revelatory note, their last film together a roisterous, laugh-filled party.
John Wayne, Lee Marvin, Elizabeth Allen, Jack Warden, Cesar Romero, Dorthy Lamour, Patrick Wayne - Dir:John Ford Life on a South Pacific island for two ex-Navy buddies (John Wayne, Lee Marvin) is just about perfect. That is, until a beautiful, straight-laced Bostonian arrives on the island in search of her father.

| | What Happens In Vegas DVDs (2008) Widescreen; Dubbed; Unrated
American Pie movie DVD
$27.79 Cameron Diaz and Ashton Kutcher star as strangers who wake up a married couple after a crazy night in Las Vegas in director Tom Vaughn's (STARTER FOR 10) feature film. Joy (Diaz) is the type of woman who makes plans to make plans. She's expecting a marriage proposal, but her live-in boyfriend, Mason (Jason Sudeikis), has other ideas. When he dumps her, Joy heads to Vegas to forget her troubles with her friend Tipper (Lake Bell) and discovers her fun, spontaneous side. Unfortunately, she also wakes up with recently unemployed Jack (Kutcher) as her husband. The two quickly decide to divorce, but the plot thickens when Jack wins a $3 million slot jackpot using Joy's quarter. Since neither one of them wants to give up the cash, they each try to drive the other to file for divorce and give up the bounty. But love has a funny way of appearing when you least expect it, and in acting their worst, Joy and Jack actually bring out the best in each other.
Diaz and Kutcher have nice onscreen chemistry and make a very photogenic couple. Treat Williams stars as Jack's difficult-to-please father, while Rob Corddry is Jack's best friend, Hater. Queen Latifah and Dennis Miller appear briefly as a marriage counselor and divorce court judge, respectively. The Vegas scenes are flashy and fun--just like Sin City--and the settings for the New York City scenes differentiate nicely between Joy's organized, structured life and Jack's less serious, happy-go-lucky attitude.
