Arlette was born in the beautiful island of Trinidad. She started singing in her church choir as a child and continued into her teen years, eventually starting her own singing group which performed at various talent shows, and social events. She was also recruited as a back-up singer for one of the most popular singers on the island. But Arlette has always been a strong believer in the importance of education, coming from a family in which both parents are teachers. She applied to Long Island University in New York, where she was accepted and awarded a full scholarship based on her SAT scores. Arlette said goodbye to family and friends and headed for the Big Apple.While studying for her Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, to make ends meet Arlette started singing for a wedding band at parties, weddings and clubs throughout New York. One day, she received a phone call from a young musician from Italy - Luigi. Their encounter would change the course of her life.Luigi was born and raised in Rome. His entire life has been about music. He was classically trained at the piano from his early childhood, and from age sixteen, he started working as a musician and producer in Italy, with some of the top names in Italian music.
