| What a fine singer!
A valiant attempt at extending the jazz songbook. Like Herbie Hancock's new standards. This is a well recorded CD.

| Not Exactly Enlightening
I found this so-called 'new' bossa nova style CD somewhat uninspiring. I don't think Luciana's voice or style and the disappointing revised versions of such classics as James Taylor's 'Never Die Young' are at all unique or ground-breaking.

I understand what a prior reviewer has said. Yes, some tracks are more successful than others. However, listen again to the first several cuts.
