Find The Way/Cold Rain songs
$6.79 (MP3 Available for Download) The Guess Who always seemed a bit like the Canadian predecessor/counterpart to Grand Funk Railroad, but they typically fared far better with the critics because of the versatility that they possessed. That trait is very evident on this collection of hits and great songs. From the opening "These Eyes," with its orchestral strings and Zombies-like baroque pop feel to the classic AOR crunge of "American Woman," the Guess Who played a wide variety of music. It is sometimes hard to believe that the same group that brought the world the jazzy "Undun" and the CS&N-ish hippie anthem "Share the Land" is also responsible for the rocking "No Time." This 11-track collection paints a very ...

| | Israel Iz Kamakawiwo'Ole Alone In Iz World CD (2001)
Find The Way/Cold Rain CD music
$13.29 While the name Israel Kamakawiwo'ole falls trippingly off few tongues, the Hawaiian singer better known as "Iz" was one of the biggest stars in his home state. Iz first came to public attention as a member of the popular Hawaiian group known as the Makaha Sons of Ni'ihau. His subsequent solo career brought even greater fame, and countless fans were saddened at his untimely death in 1997. Those who mourn his passing will be gladdened by the posthumous release of ALONE IN IZ WORLD, compiled from various recording session outtakes.
While one might expect a big, deep sound to emanate from a gargantuan-sized body like that of Iz, the hefty singer actually possessed a gorgeous, fragile tenor voice full of tenderness and delicacy. That voice is put to use here on tunes that alternate between voice-and-ukelele solo performances (Iz was no slouch ...

Find The Way/Cold Rain CD music
$14.15 Mariya Fesiuk is a singer and songwriter, born on in Belarus in 1984 and moved to the States in 1990. Living behind the Iron Curtain, believing in God and worshiping Him proved to be very difficult due to the threat of expulsion or imprisonment. Physical labor was part of everyday life for her family, from sunrise to sundown. The everyday needs were so overwhelming that finding time for a hobby or anything artistic was totally out of the question.Settling in Washington State was not easy due to the language conflict and a few bags to their name. Though only having a few bags to their name and surrounded by a new peoples and traditions, the move to America was a blessing At the age of twelve Mariya (pronounced Maria) began to sing in her church and started to compete in fine arts. Though she never took voice lessons, she tied with two twenty year-old competitors in fine arts and then she was invited to the nationals. Due to lack of finances, she was unable to go. After living in Washington for nine years, Mariya and her family moved to Asheville, NC in 1999. Meeting Sergio in July of that year (at her sister's wedding), and then getting married in 2005. Falling in love with a composer has given Mariya an advantage in getting a specific sound to match her vocals instead of going to a studio to work with people you don't know. Mariya has recorded her very first album titled "So Beautiful" with songs in two languages and Sergio's instrumentals. With that first record, she has traveled the United States and Ukraine performing in various places including the largest Slavic church in America. Touring for a year has given Mariya a feel for the road and a thrill of being able to sing in front of small and very large crowds. ...

With the guidance from their father, and the help of their school music teacher, Glen Nelson, the girls went about writing their own original songs about their life experiecnes as young girls, sisters, and proud Italians. They wrote 5 incredible songs and went in to the recording studio to record them.
