Late sixties brought to the forefront several performance groups, that were inspired by early bluesmen. One group that could do a convincing job of pulling together the riffs and authentic feel to vocals and rhythms, was fleetwood mac.

Issued only for the US market in the sixties, English Rose remains a landmark of British blues. This is essentially what Fleetwood Mac is all about, the original Fleetwood Mac.

I thought that this album was good. I think that it was a bit over priced for what it is. Since I'm a deligate Fleetwood MAc collector, this was a must to have.

| younger fans don't know real fleetwood mac
have not heard this release, but original album and rerelease as two album set titled"Black Magic Woman" were awsome as was my favorite "Bare Trees"
