A member of Bone-Thugs-N-Harmony, rapper Krayzie Bone has sold millions of units. His latest album with Bone-Thugs, Strength & Loyalty, has sold 350,000 units to date. He is currently touring with the group, and this, his latest solo album, contains the single 'One More,' that features Keef G and is getting radio play in key target markets. EXPLICIT.
With the Bone family revitalized on the heels of their successful 2007 reunion album, STRENGTH & LOYALTY, its individual members continue to put in heavy studio time, dropping solo joints one after the other. On THUGLINE BOSS, Krayzie Bone strays from the melodic rap-singing that is his crew's trademark, instead spitting harder, thug-oriented lyrics alongside a slew of like-minded crimies. Keef G, Damon Sharpe, Big Caz, Thin C, LV, and the Thugline Soldiers are featured.
Additional personnel: Big Caz, Thugline Soldiers, Keef G, Damon Sharpe, L.V., Wish Bone, Thin C (rap vocals).

Thugline Boss songs
$13.45 Despite his longevity and the relative amount of local success he achieved, Bay Area guitarist and bandleader Eugene Blacknell never released a full-length before his death in 1990. Fortunately, he had enough recorded material that his son Gino was able to compile a collection of his father's best work for the Luv n' Haight-issued We Can't Take Life for Granted, the title the name of one of a handful of previously unreleased tracks included on the album. And it's too bad it took so long for something like this to reach an audience beyond Northern California, serious cratediggers, and those who heard the sample of "We Know We Have to Live Together" on Beck's "Black Tambourine" (from Guero) and decided they wanted to know more. Because what We Can't Take Life for Granted shows is a talented musician and songwriter, one who sounded just as good in his younger, rawer funk days as leader of the Savonics (a group he started when he was in high school, but whose tight five-piece rhythms and grooves would've been hard to match even ...

$11.39 (mx) COMPLOT magazine #11 (Dec ´07)THE TACITS - IRON BRIDGE. Review : Micro. Band from the mexican city of Puebla. In it´s two year history the released an E.P. and this album; also, they´re going to release an CD+DVD (Vauban Hommage) avaliable only in France. What's a band from Puebla doing recording a live CD and DVD in France? Well, they do get to arrenge to play at 'La Citadelle' - at Besancon, France - and decide to edit the document in CD and DVD. 'Iron Bridge' is a heavy rock album even with metallic mood moments (as an inmediatte reference they remind me of the beginings of grunge: they're hard without a doubt). The result it's not a new sound, and I don't think they're that pretentious, but they have interesting moment with sax and trombone. I think the important thing here is that a group from Puebla dares to yell so loud to be heared even in France. (mx) R&R magazine # 67 (Sep ´07)THE TACITS - IRON BRIDGE. Review : Ivan NieblasThey appeared in our pages in the section of 'Propuestas' a few years ago, but at that time the band name was Tacit Queer. The disintegrated but the core members regrouped (in fact all, except the former singer) in this new incarnation, that shortens the name to The Tacits. They invited a new guitarrist and now Jan, the bass player, manage the voice. And even if from afar they succed with a shoegaze kind of sound, in this new lineup they keep it but with a bigger influence of 70's rock (John Mayall, Cream, Led Zeppelin and the Ziggy Stardust Bowie), plus the caractherictic saxophone of Felipe, that brings a very unique imprint to the sound of the band. It[s difficult to define them, by moment Jan sounds like the singer of Interpol, Paul Rodgers, Ian Brown, Peter Murphy or the early solo Lennon. The music travels trough a lot of elements of progresive, blues, post-punk and dark sounds. Hear 'Replacements' , The Untitled' , 'Mediocrity' , 'Happiness is All' , 'Strangers All Around' y 'Stop It!'. The Tacits is one of the few mexican bands that are truly succeding in crossing frontiers with it's own sound and they could expect great things, no in the commercialy dull scene, but in the creative one, that in the end is what gives it's value to the the true artists. Rolling Stone #59(Sep '07, mx ed.)IRON BRIDGE by The TacitsReview: Walter Schmidt. Five piece band from Puebla, Mexico, The Tacits are Felipe Quintero (sax), Jan Ingram (Bass / voice), Angel Allende (drums), ...
