Amazing John Fogerty
Five stars for the man who was Creedence Clearwater Revival - cannot believe this great artist has so many tricks still left in his bag.

Very good music and politics don't mix.
I have been a fan of John Fogerty for many years,both as a solo artist and as the leader of Creedence Clearwater Revival,and for the most part I really like his latest release "Revival." I was very happy with the fact that he got back to his CCR roots,especially with songs like "Don't You Wish It Was True," "Creedence Song," and "Natural Thing." Some of my favorites are rockers like "Somebody Help Me," "Longshot," "Summer of Love," and his dedication to the likes of Britney Spears and Lindsey Lohan with the song "It Ain't Right." As good as this CD is,I have taken exception to his cracks towards President Bush and his staff in songs like "I Can't take It No More," and "Long Dark Night." I have never been a fan of mixing music and politics... it makes me wonder if he would be this gracious towards Hillary or Obama if they did the exact same things if they were president?? Probably not,but that's just me.

A Masterpiece by John Fogerty!
John Fogerty shows that he is capable of greatness in songwriting and performing music with a passion with Rivival, possibly more than he ever has since his days as the leader of Creedence.
