This Deluxe edition of Paul Weller's second solo album follows the overwhelming success of the 2005 Deluxe reissue of `Stanley Road' (sales to date - 47,000) and the platinum-selling `Hit Parade' collection. The project was personally overseen by Weller himself and producer Brendan Lynch. The original album tracks feature the classic hit singles Wild Wood, Sunflower, Hung Up and The Weaver. This edition is packed with extras, including all the relevant b-sides and mixes with no less than 21 demos, alternate versions, BBC session tracks and previously unreleased songs from the album's original promotional campaign. In some circles, Mickey Jupp is something of a minor legend, a roots rocker with excellent taste and a cutting wit, best heard on the songs "Switchboard Susan" and "You'll Never Get Me Up in One of Those," both covered by Nick Lowe.
