| Resident Evil: Extinction Soundtrack Music Review Average Rating: (3 out of 5 stars) good rock record for such a good sequal to one of the most underated movie series this soundtrack with my favorite band chimairais really good i mean chimaira, shadows fall, throwdown,it dies today and a the bled remix oh hell yeah Submitted by tech_ft (warren,mi usa) Was This Review Helpful? GREAT bands! obviously "Turbinator" has NOT been to a live show of ANY of these bands! I think that we all expect a little harder sound for an action/horror flick, but overall I think it's a decent line-up. It Dies Today is one of my favorite LIVE bands and they out-perform their expectations everytime!! Just check out their record label "Trustkill" records on myspace & decide for yourself. A poor lineup for this soundtrack. Out of all the decent Metal bands that could have been chosen they had to pick this lot. The bands on the CD I wouldn't give them the time of day, not one of them. A poor soundtrack for a poor sequel in a poor movie series. Submitted by Turbinator (Scotland) Was This Review Helpful? Yes No

Resident Evil: Extinction Soundtrack
$12.85 Spires That in the Sunset Rise: Taralie Peterson (vocals, guitar, cello); Kathleen Baird (vocals, guitar); Georgia Vallas (vocals, dulcimer, mbira); Tracy Peterson (percussion, bells). Audio Mixer: Kathleen Baird. Those with a sense of psychedelic/experimental music history will immediately make two important connections when listening to Spires That in the Sunset Rise: ESP-Disk Records and Sun City Girls. The legendary New York-based label is, rightfully, best known for its tireless effort to document the era's free jazz scene, but starting with early releases by the Fugs and the Godz, ESP-Disk maintained a smaller scale but no less important sideline in the experimental end of folk and psychedelia, releasing not only key albums by cult heroes like Pearls Before Swine and the Holy Modal Rounders, but peculiar one-offs by nearly unknown experimentalists like Octopus and Ed Askew. Two decades later, the Sun City Girls released a blizzard of cassettes, singles, LPs, and CDs ...
| | Kicked By The Dog Another Great Day CD (2002)
Resident Evil: Extinction Soundtrack
$11.39 Tired of the same old music industry crud? Are you going to "jump" if you hear one more "Boy Band" song? Then it sounds like you need to get Kicked By The Dog. This is power chord rock with all the high energy, pop hooks and fat guitar tones that you've been yearning for. So check out Kicked By The Dog and fulfill your music fix. Oh, and here's their story for anyone who cares! The real genesis of Kicked By The Dog began back in the early school days of Angelo Armenta and Kevin Swanson. It was and unlikely match from the start. Angelo liked Heavy Metal music and had a habit of talking about his guitar heroes way too often, whereas Kevin preferred the simplicity of three-chord rock with easy pop hooks. Nonetheless, they formed an alliance and have played together ever since. The actual Kicked By The Dog debut took place in the mid-90's at a "hole in the wall" club called Toe's Tavern in Redondo Beach, California. They were scheduled to open for the famed group Agent Orange for a quick forty-five minute set. Unfortunately, due to sickness, Agent Orange never showed and Kicked By The Dog was put on stage to play a two hour set to rowdy, upset Agent Orange fans. Their performance was a big hit. This experience instilled the excitement of playing live and started a streak of gigs for several years. Kicked By The Dog built a respectable following and became ...
