LA FUERZA DEL SUR has been around since 1990 at which time was signed to specific productions. They previously came out with a single called "Fist To Fist To Gun Blade" in 1998 which flunked out due to political reasons and problems with the law. LA FUERZA DEL SUR actively came back together in 2006 in full force and is currently singed with category 8 records. LA FUERZA DEL SUR has a lot of on stage experience and has performed at many events and venues across the state. LA FUERZA DEL SUR is now actively doing Spanish Hip/Hop Rap in which they have an album titled "TU VIDA vol.
1" and is available online (at cdbaby ) and is available in stores in Dade and Broward county.
LA FUERZA DEL SUR is currently seeking distribution through Rey Records Dist. in which album is expected to be available in stores through out the state of FL. this year. LA FUERZA DEL SUR will be performing in many events and venues across the state in the next upcoming months and will be seeking radio play in the Latin market across the state of Florida. LA FUERZA DEL SUR consists of two primary members of Cuban and Colombian decent and represents the union of all Latinos that are victims of racial discrimination. LA FUERZA DEL SUR presents to you the love,the pain,the hatred,hypocrisy,discrimination,fear,hope,faith,and happiness that is felt in this very real reality that we live in and is translated trough the music of la fuerza del sur...LA FUERZA DEL SUR originated in Hialeah Fl. in a time and era going back to the early 90's when corruption, drugs, and gang violence was a key element of our beautiful city. La ley from la fuerza del sur (the one with the white shirt) says: It all started in the streets in a heavy Hispanic populated area due to the recent migration of Cubans and many others who risked their lives to get here looking for an opportunity. It was some what of an exiting time but at many times very risky and dangerous.
Illegal opportunity and temptation was everywhere. It was also a time were many made decisions based on pride and not on wisdom. A time were the adrenaline was felt in every corner, basketball court, and school ground.
I remember the early 90's,gang banging was everywhere.
Every corner you turned you were capable of getting into a fist to fist scrap with the opposing force.
Just for being on the wrong side of town or on the wrong side of the street.
Going to funerals was common.
And even at the funerals there was fights between rival gangs.
It's crazy how time fly's!!!Now in the new millennium you can see the change in everything..Everything has become more systematic.
More people have become more dedicated in their systematic way of living.The process of getting up working for limited income in which we use in exchange for goods.The process of eating three meals a day.The process of going to sleep every night at the same time only to get up the next morning to repeat the process all over again.There is absolutely no love for one another.If the people in the world pretend to show you love it's not real.It's systematic and going according to plans of the principality's of this world.We're all peaces to the puzzle of someone else's plan.And those who choose not to sleep now shall suffer now but a short time.But those who sleep now await their judgment to everlasting destruction.
