| | Marc Scortino Dirty Sanchez & Other Golden Hits CD Marc Scortino Discography of CDs
Marc Scortino's music has been filtered to the public over the past seven years via a number of different musical outfits; most notably the Vermont hyperfunk jamband, RAQ and Phish sideproject, Pork Tornado. With his first solo effort "Dirty Sanchez and Other Golden Hits", Scortino has recorded definitive versions of his songs playing all of the instruments on the album himself. With the naughty schoolboy wit of Ween, the acoustic alchemy of the Rolling Stones, "Sticky Fingers" album and a dash of Jimmy Buffet channeling JJ Cale, Scortino has created an album that will endure as the single most important cultural offering from the early part of the twenty-first century. "A few years ago when I found out I only had four months to live, I felt that it was time to say the things I needed to say to so many before the black hand of death wrapped itself around me like a wet blanket of...death. I can only hope that this album will touch you in places that have up until this point only been touched by yourself."-Marc Scortino Dirty Sanchez & Other Golden Hits Music Marc Scortino Dirty Sanchez & Other Golden Hits Songs | 1. | Booze N' Fruit |

Dirty Sanchez & Other Golden Hits
$9.29 This is a Super Audio CD playable only on Super Audio CD players.
Along with Styx and REO Speedwagon, Journey ruled the charts and radio airwaves in the early '80s. And like the aforementioned bands, Journey began in the '70s, so obviously the compilers of its 1988 GREATEST HITS release had a lot of material to choose from.
Journey's sound was a merger of hard rock, compliments of guitarist Neal Schon, and the melodic pop/ballads of singer Steve Perry. This resulted in such classic rock radio staples as "Any Way You Want It," "Separate Ways," "Open ...

| | Shawn Royer 20 Hours From Memphis CD (2007)
Dirty Sanchez & Other Golden Hits
$10.15 Shawn Royer is a singer/songwriter/guitarist out of Phoenix, Arizona. Royer began his music career at the age of 5 in Tempe when he took drum lessons at Kowal’s music store in the mid ‘70’s under Danny Tomlinson (Frank Sinatra’s touring band in the ‘90’s). After 2 years, he opted out of drumming lessons due to the conservative style of Tomlinson and his anxiousness to play louder and more aggressive. He did not play another instrument until age 14 when he began to play ukulele. At 17, Shawn began to teach himself guitar using a vintage Silvertone his grandfather left him upon death, along with a depression era chord book. By age 20, Shawn began writing his own songs and playing guitar with a local Christian street ministry in downtown Tempe. In the mid ‘90’s, Royer formed his own band, “Spare Change” with a friend while attending Arizona State University. The band played acoustic experimental music, and this gave Shawn a chance to test his songwriting skills among the college coffee house circuit. When not studying, Royer also found time to dabble in the Phoenix underground art scene of the early rave era, contributing guitar lines to spoken word, beat style poetry with a couple of local artists calling the project “Orphans and Widows.” In late 1999, Shawn auditioned for another local Tempe band called “Radio Theory,” gigging very briefly with this act until deciding to reform “Spare Change” which would morph into “Rhumb Line” in 2001. This new ensemble of 7 musicians found Royer a strong creative force in a band of 6 other excellent musicians, most of whom sang and wrote songs brilliantly. With such stiff competition, Shawn was forced to expand his musical repertoire and become a lead guitarist. “Rhumb Line” rehearsed arduously, playing the local club circuit. The band landed its biggest achievement in 2002, releasing a single (“Sienna”) which was played on KUMM, the college radio station at the University of Minnesota. Shortly thereafter, ‘Rhumb Line” lost two influential members who would go on to become “Jasper’s Clue,” another local Tempe-based band. Reading the writing on the wall, Royer departed from this ...
