Rufat is a young Emcee/Rap Artist who grew up in St. Petersburg, FL and is attempting to touch the whole world with his musical gift. Rufat was inspired to write and recite lyrics when he was 12 and by the age 13 he began performing regularly around the state of Florida. Over the years Rufat has grew in his craft, in both writing and performing, and he has built a name for himself regionally. People caught wind of Rufat's talent when he put out his "Get It Right Mixtape" and performed songs over famous artist's beats. He has recently put out an EP entitled "In Due Time", a CD filled with lyricism, passion, and consciousness that touches all sorts of subjects. With songs such as "Please Sign Me" about how rappers will sell their soul for stardom, "Fly Guy" a feel good anthem, and "When Ur Gone" a song for loved ones, "In Due Time" is a powerful album. Now 19, Rufat plans to further not only his music but also his education while attending Florida State University, in Tallahassee, FL. Rufat plans to use his education in Communications to start an entertainment company called "Get It Right Entertainment" to not only change music, but lives. Rufat knows that at this point the only person who can stop him from fulfilling his dreams is himself.
