| Man, The Myth, The Legacy Music Review Average Rating: (4.4 out of 5 stars) List All Reviews yea yea album go hard, they stop messin wit him because he was on them drugs too hard. Lord Infamous just don't rap about it he about it, and we all kno how 3-6 went soft since the left the M-town. It is better that he don't mess wit them though, all he needs is better promotion cuz I found out about this cd last week, glad I got it though. Where that mane T-rock been hidin? Still Scarecrow... After all the time he was out of the rap game, didn't nobody expect a comeback. I aint even HEAR about this CD untill late 2008 after it had already dropped, heard the song Where Iz Da Love when I was browsing around youtube and HAD to get the CD. Lot of bangers on this one, couple of verses actually came from older songs so it was nice to hear them re-done. Alot of people don't recognize what rap is anymore, and I think Lord REMINDED us wit this album. Still Infamous, STILL Scarecrow. Hope to hear more soon Submitted by lilfrosty (St. Paul, MN) Was This Review Helpful? Yes No 1 of 1 found this helpful.

WIT IT I'm glad he is doing his own thing. I would have like to heard him with his own CD when he was with Three six. But this cd is great if you like Lord you need to get this cd for sure. Lot of good songs on here 2,4,5,6,8,9,10,11 and a lot more. Hope him and three six may rap in the future again but if no he is good enough by himself. Thank you Lord Infamous Lord Infamous, you're one of the rappers I admire. I'm glad you went back to your roots and brought back the dark and horrorcore music. This album is great work. I'm surprised how many albums he sold. That was impressive. I heard he went platinum. This album was tight with the flow of his lyrics. Keep doing what you're doing Lord. i hope there is a new album in the making. Submitted by Pete (Miami, Fl) Was This Review Helpful? Yes No

Man, The Myth, The Legacy music CDs
$9.95 Pianist Skitch Henderson and guitarist Bucky Pizzarelli put together this rather strangely configured band in 2003 to celebrate their mutual love: the music of the hot jazz and swing eras. Consisting of two guitars, bass, piano, drums, vibes and four (!) violins, the group's instrumentation manages to hark back simultaneously to several different jazz traditions all at once, but draws most strongly on that of Django Reinhardt and Stephane Grappelli's French gypsy jazz of the 1930s. The idea of multiple violins is an interesting but not really successful one -- Andy Stein's multi-tracked playing on "Kiddin' on the Fiddle" sounds awkward, as do the ...

| | Georgia Anne Muldrow Olesi: Fragments Of An Earth CD (2006)
Man, The Myth, The Legacy album
$12.25 If nothing else, it can be asserted that Georgia Anne Muldrow is unconventional. To say only this would be to seriously undermine her talents, but the fact that Muldrow refuses to stick to modern (or past, for that matter) definitions of song structure and composition is probably the most conspicuous characteristic of her full-length debut, Olesi: Fragments of an Earth. The album is comprised of 21 tracks, most of which are well under the three-minute mark. This actually ends up working rather nicely, because Muldrow's style -- a kind of stream-of-consciousness, vaguely disjointed, meandering delivery that draws from modern creative jazz, spoken word, spirituals, and soul -- can be hard to follow at times. This made her EP a little difficult (or at least tiring) to listen to, but here, with shorter songs, the repetitive phrasing, the atypical melodies, the sometimes dissonant grooves are all kept to a manageable level, so that they can be enjoyed and appreciated for what they are, which is a really, really good thing. Muldrow's unlike anything to come out of neo-soul in years: innovative and ...

| | Always Lift Him Up: A Tribute To Blind Alfred Reed CD (2007)
Man, The Myth, The Legacy CD music
$14.55 Discovered by Ralph Peer on the fabled 1927 Bristol field recording trip that also yielded the Carter Family and Jimmie Rodgers, West Virginian singer, songwriter, and fiddler Blind Alfred Reed was as singular as they come. Already in his 40s when Peer discovered him, Reed was a man out of time in many ways. For one, he wrote his own material, which wasn't as common then as it is now, and his songs, which generally dealt with relations between men and women, the voracious greed of the American businessman, and an abiding concern with redemption and salvation, were like nothing else from his era. This interesting tribute to Reed and his songs was released in conjunction with his induction into the West Virginia Music ...
