BIJOU the name of a current instrumental Progressive rock band including five young Spanish musicians from Zamora. Initially released as a demo, the first album "El Profeta" (2005) is now published jointly by the Musea and Luna Negra labels. Its nine tracks unveil a symphonic music that is to a large extent close to the South-American school. Some sounds inherited from the British neo Progressive movement and a few particularly well inspired guitar riffs are also present. The whole is performed with enthusiasm and professionalism.
