| Amazing.
Being a big fan of the entire gamut of albums from Miles, I expected this to be good. I was surprised at just how good. This record leaps out at you from the start and stays excellent throughout. Essential jazz album.

| Straight, No Chaser
At frst, I thought I would be disappointed since all of the tracks are not by Miles. But upon listening to Dr. Jekyll by Jackie Mclean, (someone I never heard of) I was mesmerized. The sound took me back to my childhood growing up in the '50s and 60's where only jazz was allowed. No rock 'n roll in this house my mother would say. The other tracks had the same affect on me especially Straight, No Chaser by Thelonious Monk. However, I must say that my favorite is Billy Boy (traditional). I give this album a four star rating.

| Amazing II
11 out of 10 for Horn-Blowing. You'd might say the best effort ever. Very difficult not to get excited. All that come to worship will be duly touched by the e-f-f-o-r-t. A masterpiece, that must never be foresaken! Cheers!
